Contact numbers are useless. No one answers. FB messenger is also useless. Promised to deliver Monday, called several times to confirm, they confirmed water will be delivered. Now it’s already Thursday, still no water. CLOSE YOUR BUSINESS IF YOU ARE THIS BAD AT RUNNING IT.
Service is generally good — they deliver and communicate better than most. I've also experienced failed deliveries, and receiving worn or dirty containers, which also happens normally with other providers (I've tried many). However, it’d be great if they could improve in order to set themselves apart from their competitors, maybe by wrapping each container in plastic so they stay clean during transit and avoid handing out old containers.
They sell you new bottle, deliver a heavy used scratched and deformed old one. If you ask to exchange, they not replay anymore. Additional on two regularly delivery dates, they confirmed the delivery but never arrived. Last two delivery the water smells bad and has chlorine taste.
