Ok naman ang service, reliable
Terrible service, our gallons are often replaced with old and damaged containers which have noticeable holes. Either the gallon is leaking when we receive it or have been cheaply glued. It is completely unacceptable making your customers drink water contaminated with glue residue!
Super unreliable. Despite ordering early, multiple follow ups and reminder they would not deliver your water. And just say sorry for delivery tomorrow. Go somewhere else to save you from getting annoyed.
They took my water jug and money and never delivered a new water jug
Service? Quality? Convenience? that's what their flyer says. Unfortunately nothing of it exists. Waiting for my water the whole day, writing 100 messages and still doesn't get my water delivered. Most unprofessional service provider ever! Customer support is zero!
They don’t even deserve 1. It’s either they are late on delivery (24 hours late!!!!!) or they have no water. Never happened that they arrive early or even 3 hours after I messaged them. To ridgewood towers, please allow other competitor to deliver. I will file a complaint to the admin office cor this unreliable seevice
Super BAD SERVICE. THE WORST delivery! Called 10times, no answer. Ordered since yesterday at 7am they promised to deliver at 3pm yesterday, wala. They said they will come at 10am wala. Then they said they will come at 3pm, wala parin. Grabe. Sooooo inefficient
