Baka po pwede paki linisan pa yung tubig, may amoy, may kulay na parang kalawang. Na kahit pang hugas ma aalarma ka kung gagamitin. Nag babayad kami ng tama, so we're expecting good Quality service.
July 21, 2025 I'm rating the aesthetic of the office and their customer service: 1. I love how neat their office is. Their parking, their yard, and their office are well kept, and clean. I love the plant arrangement outside. Plenty of parking space. 2. Very quick customer service. They answer your questions with a smile. They don't accept cash payments. You can only pay thru bayad centers like Cliqq app kiosk in 711. The customer consultant printed a paper with my bill's information. If he didn't do that, I may have paid less. I like this place to be honest. Their overall service though is a different story 😁
Our village has been experiencing frequent water supply interruptions — it has happened twice within just two weeks, and the restoration takes an unreasonably long time. What’s worse is that the contact number listed on Google is unreachable, making it difficult for residents to report concerns. The quality of service has significantly declined.
I'm still waiting for updates for a receipt but it seems like after they said it's going to be adjusted it didn't show up so they only just talk without doing any effort, especially after our lastest receipt either lost flew or remove from our terrible neighbor for being petty.
