Hi Water District Tuguegarao Region 2, I'm just wondering how long would it take you to respond. My mum who lives near St Paul Hospital( Villegas) reported that there's no water coming out from their pipes and this is not a single problem but the rest of the household residents living there. There are babies, kids and elderly who live in our property and also our neighbours. With the heat wave going on what would you expect them to do? Or how would you quickly respond??? My mum contacted your office 2-3 times and your respond is "it would be better if the whole affected households would come to your office and complain for immediate action. What I know is if there is a complaint of no water as this is vital to human existence especially when there are babies, kids and elderly affected on top of heatwave, then this should be a very high priority! I would appreciate If your engineers would take this seriously and address the issue to immediate effect. Thank you so much, From a very very concerned family member living afar.
