I have to say that I was very surprised and satisfyed today. Aquabest did not delivered water, so I searched other company, and Treewater delivered within 1,5 hours water to us. One minus is that bottles were a bit consumed and one is leaking from the sealant, but all other 3 were ok. So I will recommend this company, and I will order again.
They don't reply to messages. They refuse to give an estimated time of delivery. Sometimes they even show up on wrong days. The people who deliver the water are rude and act like you're inconveniencing them by being a customer.
They don’t even deserve a star. If I could give a zero, I would. The worst water delivery service!!!! Deliveries are never on time and they rarely respond to messages. The staff don’t seem to know where the deliveries are. I asked for water to be delivered on Monday morning, 9am and after multiple attempts to follow-up, they delivered the water on Thursday after I specifically told them not to. Stop doing business if you can’t even handle simple day to day operations.
This is our current supplier but not only are they not responsive they don't care if we have no water. Very poor service.
Worst possible experience with this company, they don’t reply or pick calls even if their delivery is super late. If you can’t deliver on time atleast give a status update. Pathetic
