Not recommended. Mabilis magrespond pag may bibilhin ka sa kanila pero pag yung nabili mo ay may sira, pahirapan silang kontakin, nagtatago na, kahit ilang calls and follow-ups ang gawin mo deadma lang. Hindi din sila automatic na nagbibigay ng Official receipts unless irequest mo. Another thing is iba ang amount sa Official receipt sa amount na binayaran mo. Malaking company pero di nag cocomply sa BIR. And pag nagpromo sila hindi din ipapaalam sayo kasi mas malaki nga nman kikitain nila pag walang discount ang chinarge sayo. Be fully aware when dealing with them.
After done with the installation in Baguio it was working quite well but the following day some unexpected happened and was immediately brought to the attention of the technician and the main office I requested for immediate replacement of that small part and the presence of technician as it was a matter of urgency so far nothing is happening. There were numerous delays starting from delivery and installation not to mention out of stock items and now coordination of after sales and resolving techno issues. I guess what the other people are saying in the past reviews were true. There should be a ready back up plan always for provincial installations. It seems they don’t care or don’t know that the business will hamper or time wasted is like money put into waste.
service very bad and slow sometime hiding ,no responce , prodcut have broken before install and finishing also totally bad , slaes people non professional , slow , bad service, also charge a lot , important thing is lie us said 1month to be finish the machine to delivery and also installation schedule but took us so long time to wait very very low efficiency , really really really super super super not recommend choose this company , you will regret tp.choose this , please listen to me don't chooae this , really super bad service
