This is the fourth time I paid additional fee as requested not for them to carry the container to our floor of the apartment but they just leave it downstairs. Also, they don't give refund even if they miss carrying the container to the floor. Today, still not delivered to the floor with the container not properly locked and without seal. Edited: They were quick to response on a call and have refilled and delivered again with the proper seal. Updating from 1 star.
Good at first, but service went downhill fast The first two orders were fine, staff was accommodating and delivery was on time. But starting with the third order, everything changed. Deliveries became consistently super late with no updates, and the staff now has a "just here to work" attitude, acting annoyed and unhelpful. It's frustrating when a business starts off well but can't maintain basic reliability and customer service. Won't be ordering again.
