At 11:13 am kukuha ako ng water sample result pero hanggang gate lang ako hindi pwede pumasok. Ang masaklap pa yung in charge umalis para bumili ng pagkain kahit hindi pa lunch break. Worst customer service

Very bad service...how many times na Ako nagpabalik balik sa office niyo para ipa check ung linya ko yet ni Isa walang nagpupunta dun para tingnan..simula Ng nagpa connect Ako until now Wala ni patak na tubig tapos laging may bill.pinapaputol kna connection Hanggang Ngayon wala...!!!!

There has been no water since Wednesday of last week, and it’s now Tuesday. We already went to their office to report and complain, but the staff seemed almost clueless about their work. They made us wait and move through different lines just to file a complaint, only for nothing to come of it. LMWD should just terminate any deals and contracts with PrimeWater.

Very bad service, even though we pay the water bills there's not even one drop of water out of our faucet, updates about water shortages maybe a good way to inform us than to cut the water to the peoples homes prime water....
