ok naman tubig nila, malinis. kaso sinabi ng taga deliver wala raw tao sa unit kaya di kinuha for refill pero di naman totoo kasi buong araw nasa bahay ako wala kumatok. tapos di pa maayos kausap minsan ung nagttext, maattitude kahit followup lang. di lang ako nakaexperience nito pero kahit kaibigan ko na sa condi nakatira, inattitudean din ng katext para magparefill nung nagtanong lang ano oras delivery kasi mga nag aantay tenant. napalipat tuloy ng water station kahit mas hassle dahil sa tagal ng delivery. pero mas ok na ung iba na maayos kausap at di na rin nagrarason lang na kesyo wala ako sa unit kaya di napick up kahit inantay ko buong araw.

Napakatamad. 2 days bago magdeliver tapos kahit nakapagdeliver na dto dati, sasabihin na di daw nila alam ung loc namin. Sayang sa oras.

napakatagal!!! 6pm ang sched ng pick up ng gallon pero umaabot ng halos 1 hour!!! 2 stars kasi if 1 star pwede i-report as bot at idelete ang comment! 😡😡😡

Their staff Jeffrey purposefully delivers water late even after he has been reprimanded when I reported that he is always at least 3 hours late from the delivery time they declared. After he learned that I complained about him, he stood outside my doorway with the water for the longest time refusing to give it to me until I called security. This company hires harassers as their staff and does nothing about their misconduct. DM me for video evidence. They keep saying that their customers are not in their units when they deliver during the many complaints they received, but that's only because they fail to deliver it by the time they say they'll leave.

Super appreciate the staff, they are very responsive and updates regularly on the delivery status. Water is always clean too. 🙂 Thank you po!

I rarely leave a bad review but this place is the absolute worst! They say they deliver but i have to physically go there to get anything done. 0 customer service. Do not waste your time here!
