Rude! Whoever answer their phone hangs up after saying "ay di kami nag pickup ng 3 gallons lang..." -- provide your customers complete details to make it seamless for both you and your customers.
Poor customer service. Was just inquiring about their price and water temp they provide, then owner calls my number to call me out and being rude for the small things as if I’m a sketchy person or something. Sounded like a sad owner w/ anger problems. Telling me I raised my voice earlier, when really I was having a bad reception. I didn’t deserve that. Getting my name and number for reference, reference for what?
They take too long to carry out deliveries. One of the customer service providers over the phone for taking orders was rude, cut the call midway. They do not take orders after lunch time, also why bother attaching mobile number for customers to call when nobody will pick them up? Only the landline is picked up to answer calls.
I'm ordering water from this station for 3 years now but since ECQ came they become so inconsiderate in delivering water in our place. I'm so disappointed in this station they did not value their customers.
Very kind owners and very good service. Water quality is excellent.
