Sobrang pangit ng service. We ordered around 8am. Mala-late daw delivery kasi madaming kasabay. It's already 9pm. Naubos na water namin dito, wala pa din silang dine-deliver. Sobrang frustrating!
Ordered Alkaline water at 9AM. it was acknowledged and promised to pickup but no one picked up the containers the whole day. Kept asking for an update but they became unresponsive by afternoon. Sana umorder na lang ako sa iba. 2nd time it happened to me. Poor Customer Service. Never Again. 👎🏻
I hate the way they answer my query 3hrs ago. I used to have good treatment here and it should be. But after ordering for delivery which they fail to deliver because theu said no one has opened the gate which I answered back that I am very much willing to accompany them to get my galloons, I was just told to bring my galloons there. Worst service ever!
Very good service delivery everytime i place my order. Very accomodating & responsive. Godbless ......
Good customer service!!! Very affordable
