They will happily sell you water container for 250 and one delivery (total 300) but forget refills later... you can beg, remind, send texts. In the end you will have to buy from Alfamart or stay thirsty.

I had an extremely negative encounter with the guy at the door who was the rudest person, I have ever met. Based on my five years of living in the country, I feel this single experience was so terrible that if it had been my first impression, I would have left the Philippines and returned to America on the same day. FOR PARQAL BRANCH: Worst customer service ever. We went three days without water delivery, and when we finally asked for an update, the staff laughed at us. Instead of apologizing, he kept defending himself even though I never raised my voice. Absolutely unprofessional and unacceptable behavior. Avoid this branch if you can.

Worst water refilling station ever. Dropped my container off on Friday once, got it back on Monday. Even when I stay there to wait, they move so slow and just chit chat or scroll on their phones. Lazy and no sense of customer service. If there were any other water refilling stations nearby, I'd choose anything else
