Not answering phone calls
Very unprofessional delivery service. The delivery personnel leave the water containers outside the house instead of properly handing them over, even when someone is home and the doorbell has been rung. This is irresponsible and not safe. There also seems to be no proper customer service. When the delivery staff do not have change—even after informing them ahead of time about the payment—they just say the change will be given next time, which is inconvenient. Management should improve their customer service, delivery practices, and ensure proper handling and safety of the water containers.
