Your services are really worst, incompetent, very poor and unjust. I'm a resident of Curvada Dao and so sick and tired of your very bad system of serving your customers. We have been experiencing water interruption almost every month. Reports said that your machine always had maintenance problem. It took your office to fix it for a week and you don't find ways to give your affected customers a free water while your outdated, old machines are undergoing a repair. We have been suffering this kind of scenario every now and then . Our schedule time of water allocation is at 1am up to 4am and it's really killing us to have that graveyard shift just to fill up our respective drums or containers. Im not really happy the way you treated us with this sickening services. When our monthly bill arrives you charge us some extra adjustment wherein it's not specified, and justified. We normally consume like 800php to 1,000ph per month but sad to say you charged us 400php for adjustment every month. You don't have any compassion and care to your customers. You also don't seek and find long term solutions to improve your services and can serve your customers better. Please take note that our city mayor wants our city to be a highly urbanized city and with this very poor services that you have is a big shame on your part as the only water provider of the whole city of Pagadian.

The PCWD office has a rather small area for receiving payors. They make it up for the fast payment processing. The service could be better, though. Lots of complaints have been raised due to their slow responses to requests for repairs as well as processing of water connection to new homes.

Bulok kaayu ang systema.. sa uban dri sa sto niño naay agas halos isa ka adlaw.. unya amoa dri mo agas ra kadlawon usahay ala una unya patyon alas 3, kinsa may mang mata ingun anang orasa tawon.. usaba kuno na ninyo inyo systema.. wa juy ayo. perwisyo kaayu..
