Bagal ng delivery.. 8:30 am ako nag message padeliver ng tubig tapos till now wala pa mag 2pm na wala pa din
Mayong common sense ang nag mamanage kng contact number ninda. Mag ok sila sa order tapos pagaantayin ka. kung di ako mag follow up di ko malaman na di na pala mag dedeliver kase di na kaya. Dalawang beses yan. Nag antay kami Saturday around 3pm nag txt ako mag pa deliver ako hanggang 7pm na wala pa din tapos nag follow up ako sarado na daw sila? Pde yun? Ang sabe tumawag sila eh may tao nmn sa apartment at nakakapasok sila dun pero wala mn tlga pumunta sa apartment. Sarado pag sunday kaya wala kami magawa mag antay Monday. Tapos nag papa deliver ako ulit mga 3pm nag ok sila nag antay ulit kami hanggang sa nag 6pm na. Nag follow up ako saka sinabe na di na daw makakapag deliver kase di na kakayanin??? Pde ba yun? Nag ok kayo tapos pinag antay nyo pero di nyo dedeliver an??? maayos akong nakikipag usap eh pero walang isip na matulungan ka wala Silang pake kung wala na kayo tubig sa bahay na maiinom. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!
Poor Customer Service. They are unresponsive to your order. When you follow up the next day, they will say they cannot take your order because they don't know your location despite Naga being small and only 850m away from their station. I do not know if it is the owner who makes excuses or just the staff who doesn't want to work. Either way, it is really bad service. If they do not want to cater to their customers then they should not have a business in the first place.

POOR SERVICE! It was good at first but a few months after they became rude and unresponsive when it comes to orders. They will blame you for their laziness. Beware!
Business is extremely UNRESPONSIVE . Attempts to call their contact numbers several times unsuccessful. Replies unprofessionally to polite queries and blames the customer.
