There’s little to no response to messages, and deliveries are almost always late. An increase in order volume usually means the business is doing well — it shouldn’t be used as an excuse for declining service quality. Customers still expect timely communication and reliable delivery.
Only available water station so we have no choice, we will definitely switch to a new water station once we find a new one. Kept calling and messaging them for orders but still orders do not arrive. Horrible service.
Unresponsive and always late delivery and pickup. Takes days even if literally just 2 buildings away.
