Bad customer service. Unprofessional staffs. Well, I just leave here the owner's comment in one of their client's remarks about their bad service. Sadly, ngayon ko lang nalaman at nakita ito, lalo na ngayon na naexperience ko. May kalalagyan din ang ganitong business owner balang araw.

For expats: Don't bother giving your business to these people, seek water deliveries elsewhere! Late deliveries, poor gallon maintenance, oftentimes unresponsive to calls. That really says something about this store. What's worse? Nothing is being done. Even the page owner will say "hehehe" to this review! For Pinoys: Sa iba nalang kayo mag parefill/deliver. Kung hindi may insekto/peste sa galon, lasang sabon o lasang lupa, madalas late, tapos yung staff (o baka yung may ari) pa sa telepono parang ayaw na makipagusap sa customer. Wala na ata balak ipagbuti ang serbisyo netong refilling station na to. Tignan nyo reply sa ibang review. Hehehe lang sagot.

Sobrang sama ng serbisyo dito. Wala silang pakialam kung maghihintay ka ng mahigit dalawang oras. Sila ang masusunod. Parang nahingi ka pa ng pabor sa kanila na pagbilhan ka ng tubig.

Hindi nag aral Ang may ari kaya ASAL kalye.

Pls be careful with the staff. The Service is very poor. They charge some unit owner at 60 pesos per refill others (a Friend ) they charge 70 pesos. I just dont know why. Then the waiting time is so long. Then i often complain that the cap and dispenser faucet are not properly sealed. So How could i know if they clean and disinfect the container that i had refilled. My Friend and I look for another Refilling station. Their staff are very shady and unprofeasional. I have to say. Avail of their Service at your own risk. Never again

When you order, you receive a message saying delivery will occur 15 min to 2 hours max. But most of the time, the delivery happens way longer than that. They do not respond when you ask them on the time of delivery. If they do reply, it is to tell you that they won’t be able to deliver. Had you not followed up, they won’t tell you that they can’t deliver. They also say that the staff will only wait for maximum of 15 minutes. There was a time I went down and the staff was no longer there even if it's just the 15th minute. They deliver longer than they promised but their staff will not wait for you and will leave before their '15 minute allowance'. It's as if we're begging water from them. We're a paying customer!
