Does not deliver immidieately. They let their customer wait for days or even week before the water arrive and worst is that they never update the customer whether they can or cannot deliver. They let their customer wait for nothing.
They do not deliver immediately.. It would take 3 to 4 days for them to deliver. When we tried to follow-up on our order, you would just get a shallow response FROM THEM. Seems to me that they are not taking us (as customers) seriously. ITS TOTALLY DISAPPOINTING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This refilling station is terrible, does not deliver on time. You will wait for a several days for the delivery and they have worst customer service. Thumbs down! I repeat this water refilling station is TERRIBLE!.
