I'm just disappointed. Called 8:30am Saturday and ate confirmed that their staff will pick up my water gallon. I was worried since it's already 5:30pm nobody picked up my container. The last time I ordered staff picked up my container 5:30pm so I thought I'll be the same scenario. Called back the waterbest BFRV but was told by ate they're already closed staff must have forgotten about me. Ate even said close na Kami gusto mo BA ako na magbuhat ora madeliver. Missing the delivery was fine I'll wait until Monday but sarcasm reply is unacceptable. I'm a regular customer so I really felt bad how I was answered back I was even told it's my fault. A simple answer of "sorry we forgot" will be highly appreciated. Where's customer service here?

Garbage service. A waste of time. Ordered April 30th and was told to expect the delivery on May 1st. It's already the 4th of May, no updates, no anything. I tried calling their landline number, it was ringing but nobody was answering.
