Metro Kalibo Water District

4.8

They don't have enough help, too long to wait and to process your application or pay your bills. It takes me all day seating there until I get help.Too crowded😱!My suggestion is....they need to set an online payment so that the customer will not sit there all day and wait to pay for their bills.

The is dirty coming out in the faucet I complain about this water no response. Just ignoring the safety of people's using this water. The have sand and filty and smelly when washing our dishes, brushing teeth , . We are paying every month. Water should be safe for everyone using it.
