Salamat po kahit nagkaproblema daanan ng tubo ginawaan agad ng sulosyon
Really horrible experience. Rude booking officer. They clearly had an internal miscommunication. I booked at around 6am, waited for hours and then found out that they never received my messages even after I made a voice call. Mary, the officer can't take suggestions so she will do her best to interrupt you and and force what she needed to say and won't listen. She even dropped the call on me while I was in the middle of explaining my side. Tried to call back NOT to argue but to see of we can meet halfway, never picked up and instead had the audacity to cancel my order thru text asking me to just look for other delivery options. I understand businesses make mistakes but it's how you handle things that is important.
