Bad service and attitude! After purchasing their water bottles worth 250 pesos, they initially delivered them to our house a few times, only to later put a note in the bottle stating that they do not deliver to our area. Instead, they select a location for pickup without informing us, leaving the item under the sun. Despite requesting to pay more for delivery due to difficulty carrying it with a senior and health issues at home, they disregarded it. The owner showed disrespect to elders, shouting at my senior mom. Please note: I requested a refund for the bottles but did not receive it.(I understand if a refund cannot be processed due to business policies "if your really have", but I believe it's crucial to provide clear explanations and maintain respectful communication throughout the process). I hope this serves as a lesson. God bless
