Aussie Aqua Purified and Alkaline Drinking Water

I've been using Aussie Aqua since before Covid. I mainly stayed because of the quality of the water. Since they changed owners, nothing improved and even got worse. Requests for specific time of day delivery were mostly ignored. All it takes is a simple message. Today was the last time I tolerated it. They never showed up during the morning hours which I usually request since there's someone at home. On top of that, I received a message yesterday stating that they will no longer accept GCash payments, just cash. It's 2025. Instead of removing the friction in your customer service, you kept adding it.

Used delivery service three times and our transactions started out with solid communication and on time delivery. However, they have not delivered for 4 days in a row now, initially due to a power outage. The day they confirmed reschedule I found out was a holiday, but the staff confirmed that date and upon missing the deadline, have not been responding to any texts. Most likely a turnover in staff, but moving on to a more reliable service.

AVOID! if you care about your health. Since they got sold I got sick with them 3 times during a 6 month period. 3 of my mates also got very ill.

Was sick three times over a period of 6 months. I didn't understand why until 3 of my friend who also used Aussie Aqua started getting sick. We found out it was the water. If this was a Western country they would be sued.

We have been buying from Aussie Aqua for a couple of years now and I like the quality of their water but only recently that we asked for their delivery service. I always give extra money to the delivery guys for their service but I don't understand the attitude! They are always unhappy and they mumble something under their breath and they are banging their tricycle showing anger. I really don't get it because I am always friendly to these workers and always give them extra money. Today on the 5th time I asked for delivery, the guy threw the bottle in the tricycle forcefully almost breaking it and slammed the door of their tricycle. I cannot hold it back anymore and asked the guy what his problem is. He never respond but he gave me a look that could kill. I am sorry but this is the last time I will buy from them.

I ordered water on Monday and its Friday afternoon still waiting. I'm cancelling my order and get service from another company.

I paid for new galoon. But they delivered 3X broken galoon. Last friday there's a drip. I've been texting and calling them. They don't answer me anymore. What kind a company is this? They made you pay for everything. But they dob't give a good seevice.
